Children are such an important investment and they are part of why I have created Eden Family Practice as a membership practice rather than follow the more traditional model. My hope is not to just see clients when they are ill and provide a quick script to satisfy current discomforts, but I want to talk to children about what it means to be healthy, and why it is so important for them to understand their needs, express their feelings, move their bodies, identify their gifts, enjoy the earth, and draw healthy boundaries.

My desire is to support parents in this amazing journey and to trust that you are the most perfect person to determine what is best for your child's future. Our membership program offers education about various childhood challenges, seasonal hikes, yoga and mindfulness classes, and nature art.
