Service Description

This visit follows the initial health history and specifically offers a physical exam. This visit may also include ordering or reviewing/managing various labs or diagnostics as determined appropriate by both the client and Dr. Layne, and as time allows. A third follow-up visit at a discounted rate (see membership benefits) may be necessary to further discussion dis-ease management.

Cancelation Policy

Dr. Layne certainly appreciates notification as soon as you are able regarding cancellations; however, she also realizes that life happens which we aren't able to control so extends grace in this area. As necessary, she is more than happy to reschedule.
