This is opportunity for individuals to gather to better understand the approach we take at Eden Family Practice with our clients. Dr. Layne will share a little about her clinical experience, professional education, and discuss a little bit more thoroughly the services we offer in our practice. Bring your questions and thoughts, but keep in mind this is a group session; no clinical questions or recommendations will be discussed in this visit. Feel free to go ahead and book a new client health history if you would like to be seen for clinical consultation. We look forward to meeting you!

Cancellation Policy

Dr. Layne certainly appreciates notification as soon as you are able regarding cancellations; however, she also realizes that life happens which we aren't able to control so extends grace in this area. As necessary, she is more than happy to reschedule.
