Vinyasa yoga coordinates movements with breath and builds strength, endurance, and flexibility. It's an excellent workout. You do not need to have any experience or any particular athletic ability or flexibility. This class is great for the beginner, offering modifications for each pose, and a challenge for those more experienced. The master yogi is not those able to do more advanced poses, but the yogi who honors the needs of their own body.
