About the event
Join me on your mat as we will move through a yoga flow that honors the root chakra. We will also explore rituals you can utilize on your own, through the week, to really dive into practices for healing this energy center. We'll explore mudras, breath practices, body prayers, meditation, embodiment, writings, and if you desire, creating an altar.
This course is free for those within the Chakra program. All others are welcome but will have a $20 session fee.
