About the event
While many of us love those high intensity, strength building, sweaty workouts, most of us need more internal work where we learn to be rather than do. Resting is often far more challenging than pushing ourselves.
Gentle yoga offers a stronger emphasis on stretching, seated poses, and low-impact movements. This allows yogis to move at a comfortable pace, and doesn't push us out of our comfort zone. And, it's available to all bodies - ages and size.
This yoga class is great for those who have trouble sleeping, who feel overwhelmed and exhausted, and for those who are always running through their to-do lists on their lunch breaks, or whose body feels tight and restless. It's also great for those with adrenal fatigue, individuals with autism, pain, injuries, or those with mobility or other health issues, even PTSD.
