About the event
If you struggle to relax and calm your mind, restorative yoga is a really great modality for healing. It's also created for those who need a little more support physically. Maybe you aren't ready for the faster-paced vinyasa class and the yin class is too still. This is our gentle flow, a time to come to your mat and feel safe.
