About the event
Vinyasa is a yoga practice that aligns breath with movement, so with each inhale I will guide you into a move and with each exhale, another. Sometimes we hold a pose for a few breaths, for example if we are working on balance or strength, but this flow helps you start to notice your body, your rhythm, your posture, and eventually your thoughts. Vinyasa is healing. You'll discover what works for you and learn to honor that.
