Where is Your Practice Location?
Eden Family Practice is located in Lexington, Kentucky on the east side, in Hamburg, at 1795 Alysheba Way, Suite 1204. The office is just off of Man O' War, near Costco. It is on the second floor, so for those who are limited in their ability to climb stairs, I am happy to offer a home visit. As well, I can do this for families with multiple children, as those consults are typically much more easily managed when the children have their own space to play. It allows parents to relax a bit too, less worried about having to entertain their little ones while we are discussing their health and wellness.
I am licensed to practice as a family nurse practitioner and certified nurse-midwife in both Indiana and Kentucky. Because I practiced in Indiana for more than a decade before moving to Lexington, about once or twice each month, I will travel to Indiana to maintain care for my long-term clients. Many of these families I have had the honor of catching their babies and then become their primary care provider as they grew, as well as care for their parents and grandparents.
If you are outside of the Lexington area, I am happy to consult on functional and integrative health concerns, offer education, or even encourage you in your personal healing journey. If you seek functional wellness consultations, you will also want to have your own primary care provider wherever you reside. We can meet virtually, which is also extended to primary care clients for visits which are appropriate.
Because I had such a big practice in Indiana, with four locations, for more than a decade, Google searches still pull up addresses anywhere between Carmel, Indiana to Lexington, Kentucky. We are working with Google to get that cleaned up but creating a new internet footprint takes a little bit of time. Your interacting with our site and social media does help in that effort. Labs are predominantly performed at Quest laboratories just down the street. Ultrasounds are also performed at a nearby location, with occupational therapists, talk therapy and EMDR, as well as physical therapy opportunities close although certainly there are a multitude of options throughout Lexington and the surrounding areas.
